Lenti Law Firm's Litigation department, supplementary and complementary to out of Court and negotiable matters, offers assistance to our clients with complex disputes both in civil and commercial law, not before providing our client a detailed analysis concerning the terms, costs and prospects of the dispute, the line of defence to be held in Court and the feasibility of a positive solution by negotiation and settlement of the dispute. This latter assesment, as a further added value, is made in collaboration with the Firm's professionals who provide extra – judicial assistance in different areas.
